Lead Technician
Meri has been in the veterinary field for over 30 years. She graduated from Central Carolina Community College with an A.A.S in Veterinary Technology. As a charter member of the Academy of Internal Medicine for Veterinary Technicians, she has spoken at numerous veterinary conferences. She is a published author of several veterinary medical texts and has special interests in the disease process and nutrition. She joined Lifetime Veterinary Center in 2023.
Along with her experience in internal medicine, a majority of her experience is in emergency and critical care medicine. She enjoys the bond she forms with her patients to provide life long care.
As a Certified Fear Free Veterinary Technician, Meri will work with your pet to provide the most comfortable experience possible.
Meri shares her home with Satchmo (Mo), a 12 year old miniature poodle who’s favorite pastime is sleeping. When she is not working you can find her curled up with a veterinary textbook furthering her knowledge.
