Meet The Team

Dr. Blair Dack began his education at the University of Minnesota, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Originally, Dr. Dack held a mechanical engineer position at Fort Dodge Animal Health, where he gained enthusiasm for animal healthcare. Later, Dr.

Dr. Evans is a board-certified surgeon and became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in 2008. She received her Bachelor of Science (Sc.B.) degree from Brown University, then her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University (‘01).

Jamie has worked in the veterinary field for 13 years, starting as a kennel assistant and working her way to customer service. Jamie is one of the friendliest people you’ll meet and is very quick with a smile to greet clients and their pets.

Camille has been part of the Lifetime Veterinary Team since day one. With her background as a Registered Nurse and accounting you will find her assisting the nursing team, cheerfully greeting clients and patients, or managing the bookkeeping.

Meri has been in the veterinary field for over 30 years. She graduated from Central Carolina Community College with an A.A.S in Veterinary Technology. As a charter member of the Academy of Internal Medicine for Veterinary Technicians, she has spoken at numerous veterinary confere

Kerry volunteered and shadowed at different animal clinics when she was in high school and as an undergraduate. During high school, she volunteered at the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast as well as the Wildlife Hospital.

Courtney has a passion for animals and started her veterinary career in 2018 after leaving the corporate world to follow her dreams. She joined Lifetime Veterinary Center in August of 2019 and has become an essential part of our team.

Libby has always been passionate about animals, throughout her life she has volunteered for various animal organizations including Loggerhead Marinelife Center and The Palm Beach Zoo .

Patty has been grooming since 2002 and has been turning puppies and dogs into grooming works of art at Lifetime Veterinary Center since 2006.

Connie has been a master groomer for over 18 years. She joined our practice shortly after attending the National Dog Groomers Association of America and has been beautifying the dog world ever since.
